Residential & Commercial Inspections

Picture
Roof, Structure, Heating/Cooling, Electrical and Plumbing systems are where we focus most of our energy. We are also looking smaller problems that warrant attention but do not represent the same level of risk and concern. Scheduling your inspection now will give you more time for additional investigation by specialists or to get bids for repair work if need be. We work independently and exclusively for you. Not the bank, the other party, the realtor or the government. We don't sell any repair services, just honest reliable reports you can count on when making important decisions. Cost varies by complexity but inspections are very affordable.

Inspection typically includes these building parts

  • Foundation, Exterior Walls and Surfaces
  • Porches and Decks

Property Condition Assessment

Commercial Building
Light Industrial

These inspections differ from a residential inspection and vary on price on several factors, including, but not limited to; square footage and the number and type of mechanical systems.  My past experience includes such buildings such as strip centers, warehouses, small manufacturing, multi-family property, churches, schools, restaurants and historic renovations.

Our evaluation/assessment (these terms are different with commercial/industrial) provides valuable information for the following systems: Structure, interior and exterior, HVAC, roof systems, Plumbing, mechanical, ventilation and electrical
